For the last couple years I have been using a junky John Deere L100 lawn mower to mow my yard. The mower has never really been a good one even when I first bought the thing. It would smoke and leak all sorts of oil.
Well, I tried to replace the head gasket on my junk John Deere mower. I did finally get it replaced, got the head torqued back down but the mower still doesn’t run properly.
Out of frustration I decided to give up on working on the mower out and brought the mower repair shop for them to figure it out. The repair shop thought it was a bad or broken camshaft so I decided to scrap the mower.
New Mower
I bought a brand new Gravely zero turn mower to replace the broken down John Deere once I determined that I didn’t want to spend more money trying to repair that thing.
To be honest, I’ve been wanting to buy a new zero turn mower for quite some time anyways! In the end it all worked out.

Hey come over to my house with that. I have 1 acre I have to do with a push mower since the rider I had bit the dust.
That would be quite the drive. lol
Yeah I suppose it would. Wonder how it handles at 60 + MPH?
